What is the typical day for a primary student in France?
Can anybody help me? I am looking for some factual stuff about Elementary school in France. What is their day like?, their education system, do they have school lunches? What subjects do they study? Anything that you think will help me. I have a paper due for graduate school on the information. Thanks very much.

French primary schools (also known as “écoles élémentaireâ€) cover the ages six to eleven with five courses studied, one for each year: The subjects taught are divided into three main groups: 1. French, history, geography and civic studies 2. Mathematics, science and technology 3. Physical education and sport, arts and crafts, and music By law pupils must receive twenty six hours of teaching per week.
